Working principle of coal screening crusher (double teeth roller
crusher)
This crusher is mainly for breaking the crushed coal, we regard it
as secondary crushing.
2PS Series grading teeth-roller industrial crusher is widely used
for 1st stage crushing, 2ND stage crushing and 3rd crushing in the
crushing system in pit, workshop and openwork, This teeth-roller
crusher is driven by electromotor via reducer, making two
teeth-rollers rotate inward synchronously in opposite direction.
After material dropping from the inlet to crushing chamber, it will
be firstly classified, those which are accepted will enter into
outlet chute through teeth-roller spacing, then other massive
materials are crushed through breaking, cutting, stretching between
two teeth-rollers, and then discharge from outlet opening.
