A SOFT CORPORATE OFFER

This is a bank to bank transaction. The seller nor the buyer will not allow intermediaries to lay hands on their sensitive company banking information. Buyers must show their ability to hire a vessel or bring forward their own vessel or tanker. 
PROCEDURES ARE NON NEGOTIABLE

Attached is our seller's information about Virgin D6 as well as a
detailed explanation of our procedures.  The specs sheet reflects the maximumspecifications whereas we have set up with our refineries, blendingfacilities and wholesalers that if the D6 specs are below the attachedmaximums, they know we will take the fuel.  **0,**0 to **0,**0 bbls canbe ordered at any time and deliveries are in Houston, Mobile and NewOrleans.  The delivery location strictly depends upon which of our suppliers has the fuel at that particular time.  

 

Our prices are between 5 and *0 cents off Platts and depends upon sulfurcontent.  The buyer must have funds in their own name and lifting and orstorage capabilities in their name.      

 

"Maximum Specifications Acceptable Review”.  If the End User can acceptthe maximum numbers of these specifications, it is easy for us to get youfuel.  Remember, these are the maximums.  Our Heavy and D6 fuels areusually better and when the End Buyer accepts these maximumspecifications, they can get fuel already knowing the fuel will be better andno worse than the maximums.

 

DELIVERY- EXW - Lift from tank and or barge

 

Our Selling Procedures:

1. Invoice: Seller issues invoice and Buyer signs and returns to Seller.

 

2. Proof of funds and proof of lifting abilities: Once the invoice is issued,signed and returned, Buyer will send to Seller, bank proof of funds. Thesefunds (tear and or deposit sheet) have to be in the Buyer’s name. A proof offunds letter or BCL letter is not acceptable. An actual verifiable bank accountin the Buyer’s name, showing funds in the account are the only acceptableproof of funds. Attached to the deposit or tear sheet must be verifiable proofof lifting in the form of one of the following: tank storage, Q*8 or a letter fromthe shipping company that can be verified or even the ship name and IMO

number that is near the port, barges or verifiable other means of taking thefuel. If the

buyer is re-selling or flipping the oil, we must receive that buyer’s clientverifiable lifting

abilities.

 

3. Proof of product: Once Seller receives proof of funds and lifting abilities,Seller will

immediately send proof of product. Tank, Barge, Pipeline or Ship documentsshowing

product with a quantity and quality inspection report as the proof of product.

 

4. Lifting of product is scheduled and payment by MT**3 is made.

 

5. Once the first lift is completed, we may roll the product into a *2 monthcontract.

We will require an SBLC. Wording for our SBLC will be sent from our bank toyour

bank. Seller will not accept, send, and or receive, any documentation fromintermediaries, mandates, representatives and or assignees. Seller will onlydiscuss the transaction with the Buyer that has full company signing authorityand the Buyer we speak to MUST have full bank signing authorization beingon the banking account.

 

Our procedures for selling fuel are very simple:

  1. Invoice

  2. Proof of funds and lifting abilities (deposit or tear sheet withverifiable lifting)

  1. Proof of product (quality and quantity inspection report)

  2. Lift schedule presented and agreed upon

  1. Pay by MT**3 and Lift Product / Delivery: EXW – Lift from tank

SPECIAL NOTE
Our seller will not change his procedures so please, do not try to impose your procedure or your buyer's procedures on us. Secondly, this is an extract from the original offer. Since this a commercial invoice dip and pay offer, only the end buyer is allow to contact us so that our supplier can hold a conference with the buyer and exchange commercial invoice over proof of funds. Direct agents or mandates to the buyers can contact us too. However, our seller can only issue out commercial invoice direct to the end buyer. All intermediaries will be protected with a NCNDA/IMFPA payment contract agreement . Contact us asap
