Uitra High Purity Antimony:
Sb**7 Grade *9.****9. The content of Antomony is above *9.****9%. The total content of AG, Au, Cu, Fe, Mg, Ni, Pb & Zn is bellow 0.1 ppm;
Usage:
It is mainly used in the manufacture of III-V compound semiconductor, such as InSb, Bi2Sb, GaSb etc. High purity alloy, the material of electronic refrigerating element and as a dopant of Germanium & Silicon single crystal.
