Description
Monobloc QCGN********0 is
integration of *0 heads rinser, **0 heads volumetric filler and *0
heads screwer, its revolutionary design creates many unique
function and characteristic.
1. Rinser: bottle
grippers made of high polymer material, together with the unique
design of clean agent distributors, make rinsing system simple
while reliable.
2. Bottle conveying
system: adjustable bottle conveying system is applicable for
extensive bottle types, and bottle infeed & discharge, and
rinsing-filling-capping more smooth and stable.
3. Filling system:
adopting the lastest volumetric filling with flowmeter control
technology, the difference with traditional counter-pressure
filling is that the filling capacity is controlled by flowmeter.
Filling valve system consists of flowmeter, valve opener and closer
control unit, and fast/slow air exhaust control unit, filling valve
etc. Accurate flowmeter control can achieve ±1.5g deviation. The
whole filling valve system is controlled properly by centralized
industrial computer. Online control of every filling valve
regarding shortage of bottles, and bottle burst etc. to ensure no
infection on other valves. Meanwhile filling flow channel is
smooth, turbulent flow component is few, plus the fast/slow air
exhaust and bubbling control in sequence, filling temperature can
be ambient *8 celsius degree high for
energy saving and environment protection.        
4. Capping system:
adopting new capping technology for multi-cap types, ensure number
of turns of screwing and tightness of screwing cap when producing
CSD; at the same time, when producing NCB it automatically adjusts
number of turns of screwing, to avoid brokening caps. The
conversion of two kinds of caps when producing doesn’t need to
change any parts, and this greatly reduces the workload for
conversion of bottle and cap type, greatly improves the production
efficiency.
5. Automatic
CIP system: CIP cleaning cup system is fully automatic control,
rinsing time saving, does not need to load and unload cleaning cup
by manual, also avoid artificially disassembled secondary pollution
to ensure hygiene.
