automatic filling, dosing and conveying; it's suitable for free

medicine, pesticide, additive,dye and so on.

*All are made of stainless steel except motor, cylinder, 

electrical accessories, especially suitable for GMP certification, 

food hygiene certification and requirement of packing for anti-corrosion chemical product.

* Valve bag weigh directly, after dosing to feed bag automatically.

* Feeding by double auger, dual-spiral pipe collect and recycle dust, without dust pollution in workshop.

* Match vibrating hopper for sticky materials, the state of overhead 

bridge will not happen.

* Two weight sensor to make work steadily,won't be resonate and have high 

sensitivity.

* With rotary electrical control cabinet design, the device without difference of 

front and side, it's easy to operate.

* Match conveying belt to transport bags to make increased automation.

* Calibration program design(with weights): it's easy to calibrate anytime, and it's especially useful for weight 

change caused by the machine didn't use for a long time.

* It's easy to clean the residual material: auger can insert and draw out directly for 

cleaning independently.
