Flash drying oven is used to drying the plate before formation.
SB Type flash drying machine is newly-developed equipment which has incorporated advanced technology of imported flash drying machine and adopted new design theory.
Each side of plates is rapidly dried through hot air recirculation drying mode by which hot air is blown evenly on both sides of plates. It reduces the loss of water to a maximum as well as prevents the stick of plate after drying so as to provide advantageous condition for plate curing & drying process.
Main Feature:
1. Hot air recirculation heating on both sides of plate ensures even heating and excellent drying performance.
2. Stepless speed variable SSL mesh chain, automatically controlled heating temperature, excellent process performance
3. Optional heating mode: electrical heating, steam heating, oil heating, natural gas heating .
4. Optional plate gathering mode: horizontal gathering, vertical gathering.
