Trommel drum screen consists of drum, machine frame, funnel, decelerator and motor. It is widely applied in coal, metallurgical, power generation, building material, water conservancy and chemical industries and other industries and a highly efficient screening machine to classify coal, ore, coke and other bulk materials.

 

With fine workmanship, the drum screen is firm and strong. The steel frame is welded by profiled bar, and the capacity of funnel is large, jointed by steel plate. It has many bunkers to discharge materials. The spout of funnel is jointed by flange, it can discharge material to both sides or one side, so it is convenient for delivery or automatic flow, meantime it improve the output, prevent the plugging from wearing out screen to delay production.

 

After the crushed stone is fed into drum, the stone was classified, while the bigger stone flows forward along the inclination of drum and was classified through different mesh screeches gradually. Classified small stone fell into respective bunker, and then were delivered into finished product stack through manpower or automatic flow way.
