Description
Pasteurization Plant is widely used for sterilization of such
liquid food as milk products, fruit juice, vegetable juice,
beverage, etc. So treated liquid food is not only basically free
from germs, but also keeps its original nutrition and flavorings.
This treatment is a high temperature short time (HTST) process
which is carried out in a plate heat exchanger. So the plate heat
exchanger is key equipment in a Pasteurization plant.
