Characteristics

JP**2R series ultrasonic cleaner takes incombustible environmental-friendly organic solvent as the cleanser.

This machine is equipped with interior freezing system to prevent the solvent from volatilization , liquid level control system to guarantee the equipment work in normal, solvent filtering system to keep the solvent clean, solvent heating system and auto constant-temperature system to make the temperature adjustable between *0℃ and **0℃, and quick freeze drying system to make cleaned pieces dry quickly.

Applications

With the advantages of quick cleaning and quick drying, it is adapted for cleaning electrical parts, electron, soldering flux and rosin on computer circuit board, grease on precision apparatus, as well as dirt on watch guard and watchcase.

It can be applied to steam bath cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, spray cleaning, steam cleaning and free drying.
