2.Features:
2.1. Use vacuum mold and the characteristic of vacuum to trim.
2.2. The inner diameter and outer diameter can be trimmed simultaneously or individually.
2.3.Two types of the machine ,double knifes and 3 knifes are all equiped with large-distance slide block.The angle of knife can be adjusted between 0°and *0°.
2.4. Consists of machine box, main shaft box, left and right knife frame, delivery device, gearing device, electrical control part, and photoelectricinductive switch, which can ensure the safety of the operational process.

2.5. Parameters setting through the PLC touch screen, which is simple operation and easy adjustment.

2.6.System adopts PLC, there operation mode of automatic, manual, circular automatic for options.

For cutting mode, there are single-seft knife, single-right knife, left-right individual cutting, left-right simultaneous cutting for options, delay-cutting mode can also be adjusted.

2.7.Side-blowing device can be closed if not use,.which can meet the different technology demand, increase production efficiency and save the air consumption.

2.8.Adopt electrical brake control, without any noise ,without any consumption, so as to avoid the inconvenient of the control abrasion of normal material .
