PROCEDURE FOR TTO

(a) Buyerand Seller sign the Sale and Purchase Contract Agreement.

(b) Buyer returns signed SPA with ATB format and supercargo details

(c) Seller’svessel issues Marine ATB In the name of the buyer.

(d) Pregnantvessel captain invites the supercargo to come on board.

(e) Buyerindependent Inspectors conduct Q&Q Test.

(f) Buyerverifies and confirms documents.

(g) Buyerpays via swift transfer for the cost of cargo and commission to agents within *4 hrs and the vessel is reassigned to the buyer.

(h) Vessel sails to destination.

PROCEDURE FOR TTT

(a)       After signing the SPA, Seller vessel  sends NOR to Buyer chartered vessel for thetransaction.

(b)       Seller vessel’s moves to**0m to be alongside Buyer receiving vessel and transhipment occur.

(c)       After transhipment, sellerissue to buyer discharge certificate. Master receipt, and cargo Manifest.

(d)       After the confirmation ofproduct by the captain of buyer’s vessel to the buyer, the sum of N*5, **0,**0is paid for clearance and naval boat that will convey your inspector or super cargoand three security officers to board the buyer’s vessel for Q and Q inspection.

(e)       Based on SGS Q&Qreport made to Buyer on Buyer vessel, payment is made from Letter of Credit(DLC) to Seller and to Intermediaries/Facilitators per IMFPA in SPA contract or any other agreed acceptable means of payment.
