Description
â—The whole semi-automatic stacker inculdes three sections,
the first two sections are immobile conveyer phase,controledby
drives , and the speed could be adjusted by the two adjustable
resistor. The speed of the first section is synchronizedwith the
cross cutter, the second phase is a little faster than the first
phase, the third is slower for stacking and collecting.
The conveyer of the sections is control by drives, and could
be on or off separately, speed of which is also adjusted by
adjustable resistors.The lift and lay is done with a screw type
gear reducer controled by a drive, balance block is set up for
lifting and laying, ensuring a stable function.
â—In manual operation, a cross rocker sends out command for
the lift of the third section, the conveyer belts can be stopped
running manually.
â—In auto operation, the stacking platform, with the function
of the PLC and the light sensor at the end of the third
section,
â—the stacking platform is lifted up in stable speed along
with the increasing number of paper board. The conveyer belt is
stoped when the paper board reach the limit switch, which prevents
the paper board from crashing.Then the collecting platform falls
down slowly, when it reach the limit switch down stairs, the
conveyer belt start running again. Another
stacking circulation starts.
