Pumps Frame

A stainless steel Pumps Frame and support will be supplied to all pumps, product hoses and air hoses.

Pumps

*4 double diaphragm pumps

(2 pumps 1" + *1 pumps 0.5" *1 pump 0.*5") fitted with

 Neoprene diaphragms and ball check valves will be

 supplied for dispensing and recirculation of product.

Ink Hoses and Suction Tubes

3/4” PVC reinforced hoses will be supplied for delivery product. 1” PVC reinforced hoses with cam lock connected to 1.5” PVC tubes will be supplied for suction of product from the **0L barrels.

Dispensing valves

*4 brass dual functions 3/4” valve will be located                    

above the main weighing scale in a fixed construction.

 Manufactured stainless steel the valves are

accurate to within +/**0 grams manual valve cleaning system.

Stainless steel ink container suitable for ******0 kg.
