Description

Features:

1.The machine can print on PP / OPP / PVC / PET / CPP and similar compounded paper and film materials. Its printing speed can be **0~**0meter per minute, the machine speed can be up to **0 meters per minute.

2. The machine is driven by 7motors and controlled by PLC and computer system. The two sets of excellent system and another four waving rollers can precisely check and adjust the complete tension on the material.

3. The machine transmission system adopts a pair of a vector invertor and a vector electrical motor to drive each printing forme.The machine has a set of shaftless lock-up system for replacement of printing formes. 

4.It employs a set of air cylinders to lock up the central spindle of the formes and screws to adjust them crosswisely.

5.The machine has a set of doctor blades that can be adjust up/down at any angle. There is a single air cylinder to control pressure on the doctor blades, meanwhile, the blades' horizontal movement is driven under action of a synchronous motor and a cam.

6.The machine uses two sets of air cylinders and slider to rise pressure on the printing rollers and to lock their location automatically, at same time, it has a protection function when the air cylinder is air-leaking or falling at sudden pause of the machine.

7.The machine has a set of automatic registration robot. The function is acted by the computer system, the synchronous motor and the underdriven ball screw. 

8.Both the rewinder and the unwinder have double rollers for shifting two material rolls, and the pulling tension on the material and the winding tension are controlled by the vector invertor, and such, the registration can be performed very stabled, without any fault crosswise editing. When dealing with mass production, the machine can save material, ink, solvent and power sources, when the machine is running at **0meter/min, the waste of joint material is within *5meter.

9.The drying system is using a centrifugal machine to blow and suck, the electrical heating tubes are distributed at the blower of each oven and form hotair recycling inside the ovens, and the temperature is completely controlled by intelligent temperature controllers to ensure cooling on film materials.

3.The press elevator can ensure the pressure even on each print formes and no color shading.
