The REB*7/*8 servo motor brake
is designed for servo motors. When servo motors are used, the
rotation gap and response time are required to be minimum in
braking. In addition, the friction plates shall be resistant to
high temperature in case of rapid rotation. To meet these strict
requirements, Reach specifically designed the REB*8 servo motor
brakes for servo motors, introducing a brand new concept in braking
area. Technically, the REB*8 servo motor brakes can be used to
replace the magneto ones at lower cost. In detail, the servomotor
brakes for micro servo motors are characterized by small rotation
gap, rapid response and high temperature resistance.
