SEREIES GL is designed exclusively for the continuous removal of large quantities particle contamination from lubricating and hydraulic oil systems.  This unit is operated offline and is fully independent of the lubricating/hydraulic system,

 

GL is able to install deferent size of filter as pre- filter all could be washable and stainless steel and *0,5,3,1 micron as final absolute filter with *9.5% efficacy . 

 

Function:
The filter pump draws oil, for example from a system tank, and it presses it through the filter elements.

The pressure drop over the filter and the contaminant absorption of the filter elements - is measured by the pressure gauge on the filter top. The filters are able to remove fine solid contamination and will be able to reach to NAS 6 OR less depend on the contamination rate.
