Nylon toughener /PA impact modifier is a maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin elastomer, with a very low residual maleic anhydride monomer, no irritating odor when using. Because of its good response compatibility, elastomer dispersed in PA matrix rapidly to form the fine dispersed elastomer phase and the combined closely two-phase interface structure, thereby it can be used for enhancing the toughness of nylon.
Nylon Toughener Usage
1, As impact modifier for toughening Nylon products like PA6, PA*6, etc. To improve the impact resistance, cold resistance, lower water absorption of nylon products;
2, As compatibilizer for PA / PE, PA / PP alloy.
