8/ PAYMENT: By Irrevocable, confirmed, revolving L/C at sight. L/C to be opened from First Class International Bank and Accepted by Seller s nominated bank. 
Payment Documents: 
- Full set (3/3) of Original clean on Board Bill of Lading issued marked freight prepaid 
- Detail packing list in triplicate. 
- Signed Commercial Invoice in triplicate. 
- SGS (or equivalent) Certificate of Quality and Weight/Quantity in triplicate. 
- Certificate of Origin issued by Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam in triplicate. 
9/ SHIPMENT: within *5~ *0 days after received of payment instrument.
