This Super High Pressure liquid oxygen pump
made by our company uses advanced technologies, and has compact
structure, low noise, high efficiency, low vapour lock rate,
convenient operation and maintenance and high reliability. All the

This pump is normally used for cementing, acid fracturing,
work-over and washing operation, wellhead decompression,
displacement with carbon dioxide drive, carbon dioxide
huffing-puffing of the gas and oil field, as well as the food
industry, super-critical extraction chemistry, plastic foam shaping
industries and so on.
Conformation:
This pump is made up of motor,
electric control cabinet, strap wheel, wheel box and pump head,
assembled on the pedestal.
The function of the driving
component is to turn pump engine’s whirligig to reciprocation,
reduce the speed, and transmit the motor output to pump header
compressor. The motor does the transmission and speed reduction
through strap wheel, centrifugal wheel, connecting rod, crosshead,
etc. The axis, cam and bearing structure of drive system is of
oiliness type, which made the equipment more reliable in long-time
running.
The pump head compressor is made
up of filter, cylinder sleeve, casing, piston components, seal
cage, inlet valve, outlet valve, etc. The piston ring and guiding
ring are made from anti-abrasion materials so their working life is
longer. The seal cage is made up of high quality sealing parts, so
the pump can work for long time without malfunction under the
normal pressure.
