This machine can process stainless steel and aluminum sheets of two kinds of lines, both No. 4 and HL.

No. 4 & HL Oil Grinding Machine*- This grinding line is for No. 4 (Snowflake) and HL Finishing on Sheet or Plates (Especially Stainless Steel Sheets). The grinding line is composed of: No. 4 Oil Grinder, HL Grinder, Degreasing, Cleaning, Drying Unit & Inlet & Outlet Transmitting Table Stand, laminator Etc. With the Addition of Coiler & Decoiler System, Coils can also be grinded.
Application: Elevator, Kitchen, Home Appliance, Construction Etc.

Recently, Heavy duty No. 4 Grinder has been developed, which could be used to remove the rough skin of the S/S Plate after Hot Rolling. Before, Rough Skin could only be removed by Pickling, which is a big threat to the environment, now with the development of Heavy Duty No. 4 Grinder, Pickling Can be totally replaced, With optimistic expectation, Pickling will be replaced with This type of grinder in all S/S Mill for Environmental Concerns in the near future.
