This fully automatic concrete block making machine is no need of man power to operate. This gives a production capacity of *6 blocks/stroke in 4", *0 blocks/stroke in 6" and 8 blocks/stroke in 8". the machine is of high quality and so the blocks are produced in very good quality. Superior quality parts are used like panel board PLC is of Omron Japan make. The switches and connectors use in the panel board are of ABB Valve is of Italian and hydraulic hose is of USA. The pump and valve will last for about *0 years giving trouble free and good performance. Heavy duty type vibrator gives smooth finishing of the blocks. We use heavy duty gear box of 3 numbers in this machine 2 gear box for forward and reverse which functions automatically and one gear box for left and right turning (drive) which functions manually by operating through hand. The machine is heavy build so as to avoid any problem during the function of the machine. We offer a 2 years guarantee.
