Gravity Solar Water Heater

Working principle:
Gravity Solar Water Heater relies on the natural gravity circulation of water between the collector and the tank. After water in the vacuum tubes is heated, it rises naturally up into the water tank, while cooler water in the water tank flows down to the bottom of the vacuum tubes, . As this circulation works throughout the whole system constantly, we get the hot water.

I. Water tank
It works as the heat reserve tank, which require high quality of inner tank and preservation material;
Inner tank: SUS**4 2B food grade stainless steel 0.4~0.5mm;
Outer tank: SUS **4 BA Stainless steel or a grade color steel 0.*1mm*0.*1mm;
Heat Preservation layer: Imported PU ****0mm;
Working Maximum pressure: 0.2Mpa;
Capacity: *5L to **0L

II. VacuumTube Solar Collector:
Evacuated tubes are the absorber of the solar water heater, which absorb solar energy and convert it into heat then transfer the heat into water for use in water heating. It is the most improtant part of the solar water heater.
It consists of all-glass high borosilicate 3.3 co-axial double tube, glass. The inner tube is coated with a sputtered solar selective coating (Al-N/Al) or (Al-N/AL/SS/CU), this coated inner tube is closed at one end and sealed at the other end to the outer tube.
The annular space between the outer tube and inner tube is evacuated to virtualy eliminate heat loss by conduction and convection. And the outer tube is transparent allowing light rays to pass through with minimal reflection. This "evacuation" of the gasses forms a vacuum, which is an important factor in the performance of the evacuated tubes.

III. Frame
The angel of bracket is decided according to your latitude. Its performance is stable, reliable and easy installation. It adopts scientific structure to reach the best performance. The system can be perfectly integrated with architecture. It can be installed on both flat roof and slope roof.

The Optional parts of the whole system:
I. System controller
The controller can be used to show water temperature, level and control cold water supply or electric element work at setting time.

II. Water auto filling tank(assistant tank)
The assistant tank is used to supply the cold water automatically. When the water tank reduces to a certain level, the assistant tank will supply the cold water automatically untill the water tank is full. Besides, it is more beautiful to match up with a suitable size water tank. Capacity 5L, 8L, *2L

III. Electrical heater
When without sunshine, etc: In rain days and winter days, use for heating water.

IIII. Magnesium bar
The anode bar to prevent furring
