As the main raw material,gypsum powder is transported to dosing system by
screw conveyor. And then it flows into mixer after dosing system weighs gypsum
powder each time. Inside the mixer,certain amount of water&other admixture are
agitated and become slurry.
The surry is then poured into mould cavity of forming machine. After intial setting
time,top tenon of a block is cleaned with the help of a surry scratching device.
Afater finial setting time ( about 8 min) hydraulic lifing device(ejector mechanism) will take blocks onto trolleys,then trolleys are moved to
change its transport direction through zone #1and pushed into drying kiln for
drying the wet gypsum block. After those blocks become dry,they are moved to
unloading clamp through direction changing zone 2#,where packed and sent to
storge area. The empty trolleys are then moved back
