4. Seller issues COMMERCIAL INVOICE.
5. Buyer issues ICPO/Company Profile.
6. Seller issues ATB for DTA and POP.
7. Buyer Conducts Dip Test.
8. Seller submits Draft Contract to Buyer for Extensions.
9. Buyer makes payment using MT**3 upon arrival of vessel in Rotterdam
An operative financial instrument, such as an RDLC will be issued by Buyer for the Contract.
