PROCEDURES (NON NEGOTIABLE):

1. Seller issues FCO for Buyer’s signature and seal.

2. Buyer signs, seals and returns with ICPO/LOI for a Draft Contract.

3. Seller issues Draft Contract and NCND/IMFPA.

4. Buyer signs and returns Draft Contract and NCND/IMFPA.

5. Buyer’s Bank sends a RWA Letter by email, or RWA MT**9 to the Seller’s Bank.

6. Seller sends POP:

a. Affidavit from Ministry of Energy

b. Transaction Passport

c. Certificate of Origin

d. Shipment Schedule Certificate

e. Export Permit from the Ministry of Energy

Seller also notarizes the CONTRACT and sends it by email, or sends the hard copies of CONTRACT by courier (DHL/UPS).

7. Buyer’s bank issues NON-TRANSFERABLE DLC within 3 banking days after receiving verified partial POP for 1st shipment.

8. Seller’s Bank replies with 2% PB and full POP by swift within 3 banking days.

9. Seller transfers the product to Buyer’s destination port.

*0. Within 5 banking days after the completion of CIQ test, buyer makes the payment by TT.

*1. The subsequent monthly shipments shall be with Irrevocable, Revolving, non-transferable DLC; within 5 banking days after the completion of each CIQ test, buyer makes the payment by TT for each monthly shipment.

After the Seller has signed the CONTRACT and NCND/IMFPA, the Buyer signs both documents and buyer‘s bank sends RWA by email, or MT**9. Then the seller notarizes the CONTRACT and sends POP.
