Model SZJ-I Multi-Parameter Drilling / Workover Instrumentation System is
designed and manufactured by our company for various drilling rigs and workover
rigs. It is used to measure and display hook load，weight on bit，rotary torque，
standpipe pressure，tong torque，power tong torque, Rotary RPM，SPM #1, #2 and
#3, accumulated SPM, inlet mud volume, total mud in, mud return flow, mud pit
volume or liquid level 1#~9#, total mud pit volume, mud density, content of total
hydrocarbon, content of H2S, position of traveling block, well depth and other
parameters, and helps drillers to judge operation situation of drilling rigs. The
system, which is designed and developed after fully taking in characteristics of
various drilling / workover rigs used in domestic market and requirements of
different customers, puts its emphasis on practicability, advancement, reliability,
facility and safety and characterized by principle of standardization, seriation and
modularization. Its design combines mechanism and electronics and employs
advanced micro-processing technology in the world, any number of parameters can
be grouped together freely to make a complete system. The parameters can be
recorded, displayed and plotted with indoor computer or recorder of conventional
weight indicator.
In recent years’ development, it has been evolved into three types, that is,
general type, portable storage type and computer storage type. Corresponding
models for the three types are SZJ-I, SZJ-C and SZJ-II.
