KPX series’ hydraulic tipping electric transfer carts take the Car battery which is installed at the bottom of cart as power, and control the positive and negative going motion of DC traction motor through the DC control system, drive the cart wheels relying on the gear reducer, We use this principle to operate the carts, for example, start, stop, go forward, backward, acceleration, deceleration and so on. The self-discharging system is composed by the complete set of hydraulic devices, and the system control the Pump Motor Power’s working through the Elevator control system depending on the power of cart. And the Oil pump drives one or two oil cylinders, place the oil cylinder in a certain inclined angel and realize the synchronous lifting function,then the cargo will be slipped from the electric transfer cart.

KPX series’ hydraulic tipping electric transfer carts are composed by cart frame, DC electric motor, gear reducer, cart wheels, DC electrical appliance, storage battery, battery charger, oil pump, oil pump motor, oil cylinder and oil station.
