Description

Property:
A. BBU is a compound of pure product and synergist, it is a Triazine Stilbene Derivates (Tetra Sulfo)

B. Dissolving property: random concentration with water.
C. lonicity: anion.
D. Stability under low temperature: effect remains after melting the solidification appeared if it is stored under freezing point for a long time.
E. Fastness: With stand sunlight, acid, alkali.

Shade: it’s slightly blue white in all applications.

Application:
The product is a substitute for VBL brightener used in the product line in large-scale paper making factory ,which can withstand becoming yellow of paper products and is better than the same kind of products existing in market in brighten efficiency and standing against disadvantage terms, especially in the modern large scale paper making line. It receives good praise from the consumer.

Process:
A. Paper: 0.*5 - 1% (To dry pulp), may be used in pulp directly.
B. Surface sizing: 0.***0.*5%, mixed with glue solution uniformly.
C. Coating: 0.*5 - 1% (decided by brightness), mixed with pulp uniformly.

Package & Storage:
Packing in *5KG/**0KG plastic drum or in ICB and iso-tank fro delivery,  according to the required of customer.
Keeping in a cool, dry place and avoiding sunlight, not allowed to meet with cationic compound (such as: aluminum sulfate, cat ion resin, etc).
Validity: 6 months.
