We are local gold miners here in Mali recognized and registered by the government of Mali, and we are also authorized to sell locally and internationally, but the issue is that we do not have the export permit to export gold out of Mali on our own, so it must pass through our government licensed transit company here in our capital city Bamako, because they will be the one to process all shipping documentations for the gold that the buyer wants to purchase.

 

And it must be smelted into dory bars before exportation according to our government through the ministry of geology here in Mali, which means the gold must be tested in front of the buyer who will fly down to Mali to close the first trial tranche here in Mali which will be conducted on FOB, then if the buyer wishes to sign a contract with us for a constant supply then it will be conducted on CIF directly to buyer’s destination.

 

So the buyer should be aware that they will be the one to secure the government 7% exportation taxes either by cash or swift transfer directly to the government transit company who will execute the exportation of the gold to the buyer’s designated refinery.

 

And the gold will be assayed there in presence of the seller’s representative who will fly back with the gold to the buyer’s refinery, and upon final analysis the buyer will deduct previous expense who is the smelting fee as regards $**0usd per kilogram here through our government laboratory the DNGM(Direction Nationale de Geologie et Mine) here in Bamako our capital city including the 7% exportation taxes they have already made here in Mali, then buyer make swift transfer into our nominated bank account.
