* All shoes are made to order production period is estimated **4 weeks after the cut-off. 
* Please DON’T order if you cannot wait. 
* Pre-order CUT-OFF is every *5th and *0th of the month.
* All prices are fixed and quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) and current exchange rate applies for International shoppers. NO HAGGLING PLEASE….
* All shoes are sold in good condition and neither refundable nor exchangeable.
* Color of the goods may slightly change due to camera and computer settings.
* *0% payment is required before the cutoff and another *0% must be settled once the item is ready for shipping. * The *0% deposit will be forfeited once the balance is not settled 5 days after the arrival of the items. * Please check the product CODES, SIZES and COLORS before placing your order
* Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer depending on the weight of the item/s.
