ALUMETALL CZ s.r.o. casting foundry was founded in ***7. Our production capacities are situated about *0 km south of Prague at Tynec nad Sazavou.

We are focused on making high quality castings of aluminium alloys we also offer high flexibility in handling of a new projects and serial orders.

Our Mission

It is our mission at ALUMETALL CZ company to continually earn our reputation as a reliable supplier of high quality castings while meeting the demands of an ever-changing marketplace. We will accomplish our mission through the effective use of our most valuable resource, our people, who are committed to increasing value to our customers by providing quality products and services at a competitive price.

Production Technology

Our castings are made using gravity casting technology including the use of sand cores.

We provide a complete technical development, preparation of production in common with our customers we design their castings in a view of its ability to be cast, which is highly appreciated by our clients. Construction of instruments including its production and putting them into serial production is just another part of our services.

In June ***3 we plan to put brand new casting unit based on “low-pressure casting” technology into operation. This is another step to our customers´ satisfaction.

For possible co-operation with the other foundries ALUMETALL CZ  offers professional know-how as follows:

- Development of new products to customers request

- Determination of optimum casting technology

- Solution for the production of say 'problematic' products

- Solution for the production of casting molds

- Solution for the production of special tools and equipment for casting procedure

Cast Material

Aluminium alloy grades acc. to standard EN ***6

AlSi*2, AlSi*0MgMn, AlSi7Mg0,3

AlSi*2Cu, AlSi*0CuMn, AlSi9Cu3

Other grades are provided on request.

Heat Treatment

 According to the customer´s request, heat treatment T6 can also be completed.

Weight Limits

We are able to produce castings from 0.1 kg to *0 kg.

Mechanical Machining and Surface Treatment

This is arranged by our affiliate – Metalik s.r.o., they have *2 pcs of CNC machining units in use for final treatment before shipment to our customers.
