Description
HS-type Tubular oil cooler is mainly used in naval ship,
liquid pressure systems of offshore platform and lubrication system
of using low viscosity lube oil, cooling the working oil to the
stated temperature.
Structure and principle:
The HS type tubular oil cooler developed by our
company, of which the heat exchanging pipe selects low ribs
Bfe*****1 and other particular materials enhanced copper
tube.
The cooler is made up of channel, shell body,
tube bundle, and so on. There are designed of thread welding pipe
orifice of oil inlet and outlet and sewage draining exit on the
shell; three are also designed of thread welding pipe orifice of
water inlet and outlet, sewage draining exit and anti-corrosion
welding orifice of zinc bar on the shell.
The tube bundle is made up of high efficiency
heat exchange pipe, same material tube sheet, baffle??s material of
1Cr *8Ni 9Ti, etc. The heat exchange pipe and the tube sheet select
protecting vacuum welding with argon and expanding jointing.
Characteristic:
This cooler has the characteristics of novel
structure, strong capability of anti-corrosion, small volume, light
weight, remarkable effects of heat-exchange and so on.
