3. Gearbox forging max diameter is ***0mm, max unit weight *5 MT.
 
4. We own ***0T open forging press, ***0T open forging press, ***0T open forging press, etc.
 Meanwhile, we have a series of heat treatment furnaces and Dia***0*****0mm heat treatment
 furnace is the sole one in East China.
 
5. Our gear forgings have been used in wind turbine generator gearboxes, rolling mill gearboxes and
 other heavy equipment gearboxes.
 
6. We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical analysis,
 metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic test, magnetic
 particle test, etc.
 
7. All ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnace. We can choose ESR raw material according to 
customers' requirements.
