Emulsification equipment adopt upper coaxial triple mixer, open end

adjusting speed), homogenize-head selects high-shear eddy current
type emulsion mixer, the slow wall-scrapping automatically closes
to the bottom of the pot and the wall of the pot.
The devices adopt vacuum absorption of materials, especially the
absorption of powdered materials avoid dust flying. The whole
processes go ahead in the conditions of vacuum to prevent bubble
after high speed mixing, which can reach healthy aseptic
requirements.
This system is furnished with CIP cleaning system and the
contacting section with materials is made of SUS**4 or SUS**6L
materials. Mirror polishes the internal surface to reach to
**0EMSH(sanitary-class) in order to ensure the stabilization of the
control parts. The electrical apparatus control parts select the
products of Germany Siemens corporation; the buttons select the
