Usage:

Steel pretreatment line steel technology in the processing refers to the former (that is, a state of raw materials) for shot blasting the surface rust and painted with a protective coat of processing technology. After pre-treatment of steel products can improve the mechanical and corrosion-resistant metal components ability of anti-fatigue properties of steel, extending its life; but also can optimize the production process of steel surface, and is conducive to cutting machine CNC cutting and precision blanking . In addition, pre-processing of steel as a result of comparing the shape of the rules in favor of mechanical and automated spray paint rust, so the use of steel pre-treatment can enhance the efficiency of clean-up, clean-up operations to reduce labor intensity and the pollution of the environment. Shot blasting chamber

The shot blasting chamber is welded by steel plate and profile. Its shape, size and blast wheel layout using CAD optimization design, dynamic simulation, to ensure the best throwing angle and distance, so that the workpiece cleaning effect best, to maximize the efficiency of equipment. The chamber body lining of high wear-resistant ZGMn*3 protection plate; indoor wear nut all the boards are fixed on the inner wall of the high temperature quenching chamber body, in order to facilitate the assembly and replacement.    

At both ends of the opening of shot blasting chamber, is provided with a labyrinth seal groove and multichannel rubber seal (+GF+ Technology), compact structure, to prevent the rebound to the outside of chamber.(New Technology)

Abrasive/ shot ballscirculation system

Abrasive circulation system consists of screw conveyor, bucket elevator, separator, pneumatic valve, abrasive supplying pipes etc. 

1  Screw conveyor consists of cover, spiral shaft, bearings etc. Screw conveyor, our company has achieved serialization, versatility, high interchangeability, stable and reliable performance, the screw shaft adopts whole processing after welded, thus ensuring the concentricity of the two ends of the spiral shaft. 

2.  Bucket elevator is composed of cycloid reducer, upper and lower roller, conveyor belt, hopper, closed barrel, anti-reverse device and the tensioning device etc..   

3. This machine adopts advanced BE type full curtain type separator. Separator is mainly composed of selecting area, hopper, abrasive control gate etc.

The separator is absorbed the Swiss GEORGE FISCHER DISA (GIFA) and the comprehensive utilization technology of the United States of America Pangborn company, is China's latest separator.
