For this series, pre-freezing and drying process are completed on the shelf.

It changes the traditional complicated operation and prevents the product from pollution.

Types: bulk shelf type and stopper type

PLC control standard, freeze-drying curve is programmable

Freeze and drying process are completed in situ

Air-let-in valve with nitrogen is available

The temperature error of shelf is less than or equal to 1 celsius degree

Big screen LCD, English interface, display of drying curves

Double compressors are used for cascade refrigeration

Eutectic point test device is optional

Internal surface of rectangular chamber and product trays are constructed of stainless steel

Fluid fills hollow shelves, with most uniform shelf temperature,consistent and repeatable drying

Condenser separated from drying chamber ,better water capture capability and shorter drying time

PC software is optional to achieve remote control
