Description:
This series machine is mainly used to produce various carbonated drinks, such as: cola, soft drink, soda water, etc, with capacity from ***0 bottles per hour to ****0 bottles per hour. The whole line including the following parts:
1: Water treatment system
2: Preparation System
3: Filling plants
4: Packing / Wrapping Machines
Water treatment system is the first step of the whole line. The raw water would be treated by the Water Treatment System first to make it clean enough and suitable for drinking. Then, the treated-water would go to the preparation system. Here in this section, the water and the syrup would be mixed together and then be carbonated to make it gas-contained. After this, the mixed liquid would pass to the filling plant and would be filled into bottles.  Our filling machine is suitable for both glass bottles and plastic bottles with volumes from **0ml to ***0ml.  The bottles would be rinsed, filled and capped inside the filling machine and then conveyed to the packing machine by conveyor.   The packing or wrapping machine would pack the bottles automatically, and the whole process is finished.
