*5TPH 3.*2MPa CFBC Boiler is a brand new coal combustion technology
with high efficiency and low pollution, whose features namely that
there is a large amount of materials and supplies in the furnace
which would be brought to the upper part by the flue gas during the
combustion, then pass the separator at the outlet of the furnace.
The mixture of materials and flue gas would be separated, at last
materials and supplies would return back to the bed to perform
circulating combustion by the non-mechanical loopback valve. Due to
materials and supplies’ high concentration with large heating
capacity, CFBC has large thermal capacity and can mix material
uniformly; usually one kilogram of flue gas can carry over several
kilogram of material. These circulation materials brings high
heating transferring factor, which makes wide adjustment and range
of boiler load and fuel. Fluidization speed of CFBC is higher than
AFBC’s, so the bed area is not as apparent as AFBC’s. Because of
strong turbulence and material circulation in the bed with
lengthened burning time, CFBC has much more combustion efficiency
than AFBC with no need to add assistant material.
The working temperature of CFBC is **0~**0℃, which is a perfect
temperature interval for desulfuring. This boiler uses the
technology of desulfuring inside furnace, after refueling
desulfurizer(e.g. limestone), fuel and desulfurizer would take
low-temperature combustion and desulfurization reaction with strong
turbulence. At this moment Ca/S’s mole ratio is 2 with *0%
desulfuring efficiency and reduction of the discharge of SO2. CFBC
adopts step blowing-in at low temperature, which makes burning at
lower excess air all the time, so reduces NOx quantity. Moreover
has high combustion efficiency, wide adjustment and range of boiler
load and fuel, realizing complex utilization of ash and slag and so
on. Due to above mentioned, CFBC boiler has been rapidly developed
all over the world and it has been widely accepted that CFBC boiler
is the most practical and feasible combustion equipment with
environmental friendly so far.
Using matching and designing coal, this boiler could keep the rated
parameters of outlet steam of superheater within the rated load
range of *0~**0%, when providing the constant pressure. And
within the rated load range of *0~**0%, this boiler could reach
Stable combustion.
2 DESIGNING CONDITION & PERFORMANCE DATA
This boiler shall reside either indoor or semi-open-air. The
mounting of this boiler combines suspension with sustaining with
nominal height of operating floor—7m. This boiler utilizes single
drum, natural circulation, concentrated down comers, balanced
draft, heat insulating cyclone gas-solid separator, CFBC,
convection heat surface arranged in convective pass.

boiler type: Single drum, natural circulation, coal fired CFBC
boiler with ∏ type arrangement.
The requirement of granularity of coal for this boiler is that: the
range of lignite’s granularity is 0~8mm; The volume of partial
coal whose granularity is less than **0m shall not greater than
*0%, advocated range shown in below Fig:

Along with the stricter requirement for environmental protection,
new control standards for discharging SO2 and NOx of coal-fired
boiler have been announced, which have been already taken into
consideration in the designing of this boiler. Around the coal
feeder in the front part of the boiler, there are two sets of the
storage, the Φ**3 tubes have been used for connection between
feeder and coal feeding tubes. The Limestone, which takes action in
desulfurizing and circulation of materials and supplies, should be
fed into the furnace with coal. If diameters of the limestone’s
particle are oversize, smaller than superficial area, desulfuing
would not be fully activated with low utilization rate. At same
time, due to low of particle, the limestone is not able to finish
the job in circulation of materials and supplies. But if the
particle is too small with short residence time in bed, no good to
desulfurization. For improving utilization rate of limestone, the
diameter of particle should be controlled within the range of
**1mm, and the temperature of FBC should be controlled within the
range of **0~**0℃.
Either sand or original bed materials could be used as starting bed
materials. If using the latter one, the max diameter of bed
materials should be less than 3mm. If using former one, sand with
low-density is preferred, in which could cause coking without
controlling the capacity of Na and K— Na2O≤2.0%, K2O≤2.5%. Max
diameter of particle≤6mm. And the mass volume of grain size that
less than **0m should be no greater than *5%.
  
2.1.2 Quality of steam and water
To ensure the quality of steam and water in outlet of the boiler,
strict control of quality of steam and water in boiler should be
applied, especially the quality of feeding water. The quality of
feeding water, boiler water, attemperating water and steam should
be in line with GB/T*********8, steam and water quality standard
for thermal power’s and steam power’s equipment.

coefficient of excess air are fixed in 1.2, B-MCR and Ca/S mole
ratio are fixed in 2.2.

2.2 OPERATING CONDITION
This boiler has peak regulation ability with base load. As to
designing and checking coal, the boiler could afford *0% ECR or
more. And B-MCR is about 2ï¼…
On the bellowing condition, the temperature superheater steam is
able to reach the rated parameters with deviation *5~**0℃, the
operation in fixed pressure has *0%~**0%E-MCR. When stable
pressure, the continual changing rate of load of boiler
≥7ï¼…B-MCR/min. The time between starting fire and fully load
operation: cool starting <8h; warm starting <4h; hot
starting<2h.
Designing pressure of dense region in furnace:
