Production
This product is the result of a process of cooking and drying fresh blood. Blood meal conventional is made of fresh blood, without bristle, urine and digestive contents.
The composition of crude material has significant effect in the quality of the product. The raw-material resultant of the processing is addressed to production unity, being received by heaps or bagged, in bags the first use with SIF (Federal lnspection Service in Brazil) in the freezer.
The moisture is removed in the conventional cooking and drying in rotation dryer. The obtained product is dark red almost black, insoluble in water. Its density is **9kg/m3. After lab analysis, it is validated according to warrantee levels.
Utilization
This product is addressed to piglet, poultry, fish and pet food (dogs and cats) nutrition; it can be included in animal’s meals according to the objective of the formulation. It is a source of protein and high biological value.
