Product Description

1.The rotary nozzle of the graphite rotor is made of high purity graphite. It can not only scatter the bubble, but can also using centrifugal pull which is occurred by stir the aluminium alloy fusant to make the fusant get into the nozzle and mix with the horizontally ejected gas uniformly, then form a air/liquid flow and sprayed out. It increases the contact area and contact time between the bubble and aluminium alloy liquid, improves the effect of purify.

2.The rotate speed of graphite rotor can be adjusted by transducer and realize stepless adjustment. The highest speed can reach to **0 r/min. The size of the graphite rotor is Φ*0mm~**0 mm, size of impeller is Φ*5mm~**0 mm. High purity anti-oxidation graphite rotor has the features of high strength, high temperature resistance, aluminium flow corrosion resistance etc. During the course of purifying and degassing, the surface of the aluminium liquid in the trunk is covered and protected by nitrogen, make the part of the graphite rotor which exposes out of aluminium alloy liquid is in the inert gas, can avoid the rotor oxidation in high temperature and extend the working life of rotor.

3.The shape of the impeller is streamline, can reduce the resistance of whirling. The rub and scouring force between the impeller and the aluminium alloy liquid is also comparatively small. Those make the rate of degassing is more than *0%, shortens the smelting time and reduces the manufacturing cost.

4.We do special anti-oxidation treatment to the surface of the grathite rotor, it can extend the working life by about five times compare to general products. It is widely used in aluminium alloy casting industry.

5.In aluminium board and aluminium foil casting; aluminium alloy wheel hub and other aluminium processing industries, the working life of the graphite rotor can reach to two months.
