Description

1.This machine adopts synchronous control technique. The cent-control and welding time are composed of PLC program system. The input front-panel is touch screen , the operate is more intelligent and reasonable. 
2.The line wire and the weft wire are pre-straight and pre-cut. The line wire is feeding by the servo motor. The weft wire is put in the copper which capacity is 1.5 t. The welding power comes from the cylinders. It's easy to control the welding pressure.
3.The new machine added the bear wire net and carry equipment that makes the working more convenient . The welding part adopts the springiness input wire trunking that makes the welding copper last for long time.
4. It consists of welded equipment, line and cross wires feeding device, mesh stepping system,  pneumatic system, electrical control system and cooling system. The material can be rolled ribbed steel wire, cold or hot rolled round steel wire.
