Brief Introduction:

The wood brick machine is the screw type machine, which have four spare parts and they are function as following:

1.screw propeller*-push raw material into working part

2. heating circle*-we need to pre*-heating the machine, till the temperature up to **0°C, then start the briquette machine

3.wear*-proof casting*-protect the forming mold

4. forming mold*-to form different diameter and shape briquettes
 

 No need any binder in the whole process, because the natural lignin will release out become binder under high temperature and pressure. 

Twi conditions for making briquettes:

1. raw material diameter: **5mm

2. raw material moisture content: ***2%
