Payment: BG or Irrevocable Confirmed Revolving Documentary Letter
of Credit (ICRDLC),issued from a Prime International Bank, for one
month delivery amount.
The BG or ICRDLC will be **0% payable at sight against all trucking
documents by wire
transfer within one business day after arrival of goods of
each delivery to Tianjin port. Seller will be paid every 3 days.
Buyer's bank will send to seller's bank the appropriate funds to
pay for what has been delivered for the previous 3 days.
Transport: by trucks, by reliable Chinese transport company
Performance Bond: We provide 2% of PB
PROCEDURE:
1.Buyer sends ICPO to seller
2.Seller sends FCO to buyer
3.Buyer confirms the FCO of the seller by signature and seal then
sends it back to the seller
4.Seller sends draft of contract for negotiation of terms and
conditions to buyer
5.Seller and buyer sign the contract electronically.
6..Seller sends POP to buyer
7.Buyer’s bank issues non-operative the mentioned LC or BG to
seller`s bank
8.Seller’s bank issues operative 2% PB to buyer’s bank to activate
buyer’s non-operative mentioned LC or BG. Mentioned LC or BG will
be activated automatically.
9.Shipment commences as per schedule of the contract
