The product is white crystalline powder, having a special odor and nearly insoluble in water (about 5‰), but soluble in ethanol, acetic acid, ethyl ether, vegetable oil and lard, etc. Oxidation resistance of Gaotong bland

 

TBHQ is more advantageous than BHT, BHA, PG and Vitamin E with adding food phyti cacid during processing configuration, which can effectively inhibited growth of Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus and other bacteria      produce shortness of breath,  and  Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus versicolor, Aspergillus and other microbial. The product can improve the stability and extension of food shelf life, and it is applicable to general animal and plant fats or rich fats, especially used in vegetable oils, what’s more, it is preferred antioxidant in salad oil, cooking oil and oil with high anti-oxidant.

 

Application: edible oils and fats, fried foods, biscuits, instant noodles, quick cooking rice, dried fruit, canned, cured meat products and cosmetics etc.
