Description

Laser Chiller Features

1. The refrigeration system components of Laser chillers we have adopted like stainless steel tank without any coil are international brand, which has a lasting stable refrigeration effect, and the temperature control precision is ± 1degC.

2. Chilled water circulation system adopted stainless multilevel pump and stainless steel materials, PVC connection, there is no need to worry about the rust, you can directly use the pure water or deionized water.

3. Flow protection device: The power supply of the laser machine will disconnect automatically when it is water shortage, preventing the laser head overheating from the lack of water. Low temperature display and signal output protection with selection of normally open and normally closed output.

4. Laser chillers suitable for laser marking, cutting, welding, drilling, trimming, the refrigeration capacity from 1.6KW to ***0KW. Chiller is mainly used for laser cutting machine. It is the laser source in the laser (laser) system. The beam controller and electric control cabinet require additional cooling, we usually require the chilled water temperature between *5 *- *2 degC, the chilled water precision ± 1K or 2K, part of the equipment about ± 0.5K, It’s also required the chilled water’s conductivity and corrosion resistance of the another part of the equipment. Therefore it has a high demand for water and the pipes are made of stainless steel or PVC tube.
