The dental mounted stones used for processing precious
alloys,non-prcious alloys,chrome cobalt partial denture alloys and
ceramics.there are five colours.
The green mounted stone(GC), made from silicon carbide,used for
processing porcelain,gold,silver alloys,amalgam and composites.
The white mounted stone (W),made from pure aluminum oxide,used for
processing non-ferrous alloys.
The pink mounted stone(P), made from pure aluminum oxide,used for
processing precious metals and chrome-cobalt ceramic alloys.
The blue mounted stone(B), made from pure aluminum oxide,used for
fast processing chrome-cobalt partial denture alloys and
non-precious alloys.
The brown mounted(BP), made from pure aluminum oxide,used for fast
processing metals and resins.
