Smoke dust washing machine

Technical requirements

1The equipment is manufactured, tested and accepted as per the requirements specified in Steel Weld Ordinary Pressure Vessel JB/T********7 and Steel Horizontal Vessel  JB/T********5.

2Welding adopts electric weld, and welding rod model: E***5。

3Weld joint type and size are according to GB/T**5.*****8, unnoted weld seam height selects smaller thickness. The flange weld is according to flange standard.

4  After manufacturing equipment, leakage test should be done for the weld seam kerosene, flood and test strength after qualified.
Equipment surface should be thoroughly rust-removal, painted with two layers of epoxy organosilicone anti-heat primer H****3 and one layer of epoxy organosilicone anti-heat finish coat H****2.
