Application
Chocolate melting and mixing tanks from *5L****0L are mainly used for the chocolate mass storage, make different kinds of materials more evenly, to reduce the moisture in the mass, to improve the color, smell and taste of chocolate.

1.The inside surface is in pearl-blasted stainless steel AISI **4 with an outer powder-enamelled cladding. 
2.The electrical Control panel controls the temperature and keep it at a certain degree.
3.In order to prevent the chocolate being sticked on the inside surface, we fix the scraper on the wing of the stirrer where contact with the inside surface. 
4.The top cover is half removable, which make it easy to load the product.
