1. DG*3S is a room temperature curable modified epoxy adhesive, which could bear  temperatures range from **0℃ to **0 ℃. Two-component modified epoxy adhesive.
2. Good adhesion, simple in technology, easy for use and quick to cure. The adhesive even could cure at the temperature from *5℃ to 0 ℃.
3. Superior resistance to varieties of medias as oil, sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, strong alkali, water and so on. (After 7 days of being in contact with strong acids or alkali, the part coated with DG*3S remained unrusted.)
4. Adhesion is also available, aolvent-free and non- toxic to human.

1. The adhesive is available for the adhesion between the same or different materials of metal, glass, ceramics, rigid rubber surface, plastics, cement, wood and so on.
2. The adhesive has superior comprehensive properties and could be widely used for the adhesion of assembling or repairing in electronics, electric motor, instruments, and apparatus, automobile, machinery and oil industry.
3. Application examples: The bonding and sealing of the oil and water tanks, the structural and semi-structural parts in car , the adhesion of permanent magnets of electric motor, the magnetic core of flyback transformer in TV set, the thermal shocked test at **0℃to **0℃ and the vibration test under different frequencies are in accordance with the standards of  the Ministry of Electronic Industry of China, it could be used for the bonding repairing of precision measuring tools, treated PTFE used for machine- tools slideway, the slurry pump part used at petroleum fields and so on. With some additives, the adhesive is also suitable for the repairing of other machineries.

1. The surface to be bonded should be cleaned and dried. (It is better to polish the surface with abrasive cloth before the adhesion.)
2. Mixing: the A and B parts of the adhesive should be well mixed in the ratio of 2:1 or 1:1 (weight). And the coat the cleaned surface with the mixed adhesive.
3. Curing: the adhesive cures at RT (*5℃)/1 or 2 days, or *0℃/1 hour.
4. **0gof the adhesive for1 m2 of the surface to be bonded.
5. The adhesive cures quickly at room temperature and the mixed one should be sued up within 2 hours.
