Description

1.cutter head driving device
Cutter driving system is mounted to the front of the cutter ladder, consists of hydraulic motor、gear-type coupling、intermediate gearing bearing assembly、cutter head, etc.
It is driven by imported (Hagglund) single high-power hydraulic motor.The hydraulic motor drives the cutter shaft directly through connection short shaft and gear-type coupling,making the cutter rotate for cutting motion. 
Drive system seal uses floating mechanical seal and framework oil seal device to prevent the entrance of the silt. The cutter combines multi-step speed  and stepless speed variation transmission.
The cutter teeth can be exchanged with different types for each specific type of soil.
Hydraulic motor equips with two-way overflow valve and underwater special seal.
